Tomatin 17 Years Sherry Pedro Ximenez Whisky is a distinguished Highland single malt, forming the third release in Tomatin’s Sherry Collection. This limited-edition expression was distilled in 2006 and matured for 17 years, exclusively finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry butts. This exceptional maturation imparts a deep richness and complex sweetness to the spirit. Expect inviting aromas of dark dried fruits, sticky toffee pudding, and candied citrus peel. On the palate, the whisky delivers a full-bodied experience with velvety notes of fig, chocolate-covered raisins, baking spice, and a hint of toasted oak. Bottled at 46% ABV, the non-chill-filtered spirit maintains its full natural character, culminating in a long, satisfying finish perfect for savoring neat.
